New Zealand Constitution

Combined New Zealand Flags

This website has been created for the development of a new Constitution
for the Sovereign Nation of New Zealand formed under the 1835 Declaration
of Independence, the He Wakaputanga, and established in Common Law.

We invite New Zealanders who have expertise or knowledge in Common Law, Constitutional Law, British legal history and New Zealand culture, from both
Maori and British origins, to sign on at this website and contribute to
the authorship of a simple but robust constitutional document.

I would like to be a Constitution Co-Author
